Those lovely eyes, that innocent smile,
Those new found beliefs, those naughty deeds,
That awe and wonder, that crave for learning,
Seeking all and learning all,
Yet the temptation to grow up and grow up fast.
Gratefully God made childhood, and innocence such a transient affair.
For ‘am sure had man been, given the power to preserve them,
He would have built museums to preserve them.
